Return Policy

14 day return policy. Returns will only be accepted if item is unused and contents remain sealed. 

For Damaged or Defective items please email: support@skinthesisinc.com and include a photo of your damaged product. Our support team will respond back with instructions.

Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. We offer free shipping on all outbound order (US), and cannot reimburse the cost of returns, or issue return shipping labels.

ORDER NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
